BREAKING: Gunmen Kidnap Soludo's Commissioner, Wife, Kill Aide

Information reaching Igbo Radio has it that some yet-to-be-identified gunmen have reportedly kidnapped Anambra State's Commissioner for Youth Development, Hon Patrick Aghamba.

According to the information, Commissioner Aghamba was kidnapped alongside his wife.

It was gathered that the gunmen also killed one of the aides to the Commissioner, identified as Mr ABK Offiah.

According to reports the tragic incident occured on his way to Abuja, for the wedding ceremony of Governor Chukwuma Soludo's daughter slated to hold at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

As at the time of this publication, no official statement has been issued by police or the state government regarding the incident, while efforts to confirm the story from top government officials proved abortive, as they didn't respond to calls.

This reporter, Izunna Okafor, also discovered that that phone number of the said kidnapped Commissioner has been off for a while now.
